    P.E.P – How to Video Below Written Instructions

  1. Perform a dry manicure. Remove all the cuticle.
  2. Eliminate the contaminants left over from the dry manicure. Make sure there is nothing on the nail.
  3. Purify nail layers with Scrub Fresh. This is the final step in the P.E.P process. This process does not require a shine removal.
  4. Apply a thin layer of shellac uv base coat. Once the coat is applied it will be cured for 10 seconds.
  5. After the base coat is cured apply a layer of sheer pink coat on the nail and nail edge. After applied cure the nails for 2 minutes.
  6. Apply a second layer of sheer pink coat and cure for 2 minutes.
  7. Now use the shellac cream puff color to create the white tip. As easy as two shellac strokes. Make sure to always go thin with the coats.
  8. You don’t want it to wrinkle during the uv curing process. After the tip is the way you want it you can cure it for 2 minutes.

  9. After you have cured the last step you need to seal each nail with the shellac uv top coat. Make sure it is not too thick. Once the top coat is on you will cure it for the final time. 2 minutes.
  10. The final step is to use 99% isopropyl alcohol to remove the top film. If this is not done, then the nail will be sticky and we don’t want that.
  11. To condition the cuticle apply solar oil to each nail.

    I have acrylic nails due to skin irritations, they are thicker then natural nails therefore when I scratch, they wont cut my skin – I have super thin nails. Will the Shellac make my nails thicker without being as thick as acryic? The acrylic ones make life at work hard, but its worth it as my skin is thanking me… Im just hoping that the Shellac will help solve both issues
